DIGITAL SCRAPBOOK ORDERS

There are three methods for ordering prints of your digital scrapbook layouts:

1. PREFERRED METHOD - Using the Scrapbooks to Share online ordering system powered by PhotoFinale.
2. Uploading files using a large file transfer website.
3. Mailing a CD or DVD with your files.

Using the Scrapbooks to Share Online Ordering System

There are many advantages of this method including no need to purchase Winzip to consolidate your files together as well as no upload limitations. We will be adding memberships in the near future that will only be available to customers using our online ordering system. Finally, we will also offer printed products exclusively available to customers using our online ordering system. This method is also the most efficient method for ordering your layouts so will result in the quickest turn-around time.

This method requires that your layouts are already saved as jpeg files. We recommend that you create a folder on your computer labeled "Scrapbook Layouts to Print" under "My Documents" and that you save your jpeg files to this folder for easy uploading.

The basic steps for placing an order for printed layouts are below:

1. Upload your file or files
2. Select either matte or glossy finish.
3. Select the size of your desired layouts from the "Sizes" drop-down box and enter the quantity for each size and paper type. Be sure to select the drop-down box immediately above the uploaded image and NOT the drop-down box in the Express Order section to see all available sizes, especially the Sample Package. This step is one of the steps we receive the most questions about.
4. Continue with the ordering process by entering the requested shipping and billing information.
5. You will receive a confirmation email that we received your order.
6. We will process and ship your order. We typically ship orders within 3 business days. You will receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped.
7. Receive your order and share your memories!

Uploading Files Using a Large File Transfer Website

To upload digital scrapbook pages please follow the steps below:

1. Consolidate all of your digital scrapbook pages into a single file using Winzip. Please go to www.winzip.com to download a trial version f don’t already have Winzip.  Winzipping your files will not impact the quality of the files. If you would rather not purchase Winzip, please use our online ordering system described above.
2. Go to www.yousendit.com to transfer your file. You do not need to register or login in order to send files unless your file is larger than yousendit allows for free file transfers. If you would rather not pay for yousendit for large file, please use our online ordering system described above.
3. Enter orders@sbtoshare.com in the "Recipient's Email Address" field. 
4. Enter your email address in the "Your Email Address" field.
5. Enter your name, address, and phone number in the "Message to Recipient" field. 
6. Enter the final size and the paper you would like us to use to print your layouts in the "Message to Recipient" field.
7. Use the “Browse” button find the file to upload.  To upload the file, press the “Upload” button.
8. You will receive a confirmation email from yousendit that they received your file and that we've been notified that we have a file to download.
9. We will review your files and send a payment request with a copy of your invoice. We typically invoice within 2 business days of receiving the notification from yousendit.
10. We will ship your order after we receive payment. We typically ship orders within 3 business days of receiving payment. You will receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped.
11. Receive your order and share your memories!

Mailing Your Digital Scrapbook Pages

To mail your digital scrapbook pages please follow the steps below:

1. Save your digital scrapbook pages onto a CD or DVD.  Include your name, address, phone number and email address with your CD or DVD and mail to: Scrapbooks to Share / 3361 NW 23rd Ct / Boca Raton , FL   33431
2. Please indicate the final size and paper you would like us to use to print your layouts.
3. We will acknowledge receipt of your order by email. 
4. We will review your files and send a payment request with a copy of your invoice. We typically ship orders within 3 business days of receiving payment.
5. Receive your order and share your memories!

PAPER-BASED SCRAPBOOK ORDERS

Scrapbooks to Share is located in Palm Beach County , Florida . If you live in South Florida , please contact us to arrange for drop-off or pick-up.

If you live outside of South Florida , please follow the steps below:

1 - Open, print, and complete the order form using Adobe Acrobat.

2 - Ship your scrapbook pages along with order form to:

3 - Upon the arrival of your scrapbook pages, we will acknowledge receipt. We will also contact you to discuss your order and finalize return shipping.  We are typically able to complete orders within 3 business days.
