This is the help for ordering using PhotoFinale through Scrapbooks to Share. If you don't see the answer to your question, Iplease email questions@sbtoshare.com. As we receive questions, we will be add to this Help information.

Ordering Tips:

Be sure to use the Sizes drop-down box to select the size of the layouts you would like to order by clicking on the Sizes drop-down box. This includes samples packages.

If you place multiple orders in the same day and want them shipped together, please be sure to pay shipping on the first order and then select "Combine with Existing Order" on the other orders. This option is available on the "Delivery Information" screen.

If you would like to pay with Paypal, select this option and enter a “1” in the account number field.  You will then have to send your payment using Paypal (www.paypal.com) to our email address "payment@sbtoshare.com". 

Be sure to use the mouse to press the Submit button instead of pressing the Enter key.

If you don't receive a confirmation screen with your order number or a confirmation email with the order number, we did not receive your order and unfortunately, you will have to enter it again. Your credit card is not charged until we receive your order, review the order and quality of the layouts, and manually charge your credit card.  So, please don’t hesitate to resubmit your order if you don’t receive the confirmation screen with order number or confirmation email with order number since we manually control when the credit card gets charged.

Frequently Asked Questions:

What is the "Free Software"? The free software will be a Scrapbooks to Share branded product that will help you organize your layouts. It will also allow you to order directly from your computer. For now, the software is a generic version of the software. We recommend that you do NOT download it at this time.

Do I have to have a Sign-up and have a Login to place an order? No, you do not have to sign-up or have a login to place an order. In the future we will be offering memberships that will provide for online storage of your layouts and sharing capabilities as well as many other benefits!

What is the "Order Prints" tab? Order prints is where you will upload your files and order prints of your layouts. This is also where you order sample packages.

What is the "Cards, gifts, & more" tab? This tab is where you will be able to order other products offered by Scrapbooks to Share including Photo Albums and Page Protectors, Greeting Cards, and more! Check back often to see what we've added to our capabilities.

What is the difference between the Basic and Advanced Uploaders? The advanced uploader is the default that shows your folders and files and has a check box to select for uploading. The basic uploader requires that you browse through your folders and files to select the files to upload. We recommend using the advanced uploader. It has a nice feature in which you can right-click in the files area and select different ways to view the files as well as select all the files at once.

What type of files can I upload? This ordering system only supports jpeg files. We strongly encourage you to use jpeg files for ordering as they will minimize the upload time. In addition, you will be able to take advantage of our other services including memberships and other printed products. If you prefer not to order using jpeg files, please go to PLACE ORDER for instructions.

How do I place a sample package order? The basic steps for placing a sample package order are below. For more detailed instructions, please go to PLACE ORDER.

1. Upload your file
2. Select "Samples Packages" from the "Sizes" drop-down box and add a quantity of "1" to the sample package you would like to order. If you want a size other than those listed, please select "Sample Package - Other Size" and be sure to list the requested size in the "Special Instructions" box on the next screen. Press the "Checkout" button to continue.
3. Continue with the ordering process by enterng the requested shipping and billing information.

How do I place an order for printed layouts? The basic steps for placing an order for printed layouts are below. For more detailed instructions, please go to PLACE ORDER.

1. Upload your file or files
2. Select either matte or glossy finish.
3. Select the size of your desired layouts from the "Sizes" drop-down box and enter the quantity for each size and paper type.
4. Continue with the ordering process by enterng the requested shipping and billing information.

What is an Express Order? An express order allows you to select the print size, paper, and border for all the files that you've uploaded instead of selecting these options for each file separately.

Can I order both matte and glossy paper in the same order? At this time, it is not possible to order both matte and glossy finishes as part of the same order. However, it is possible to combine orders so you only pay a single shipping charge. To consolidate orders, select your preferred shipping method on the first order. Then, for the additional order(s), select "Combine with Existing Order" and put the first order number in the special instructions box.
